The November glossies brought us a good amount of racial and age diversity (size diversity, not so much) along with some delightfully unexpected cover stars, like Dolly Parton. There was also a welcome return to natural makeup looks and bold accessories. Unfortunately, there were some major snoozefests and, on the opposite end of the spectrum, a controversial shot of Adut Akech.
