Lipstick is one of those things that can make you instantly feel pretty when the pigment and texture are right. A great lipstick not only enhances the color of your eyes, which can in turn make your eyes appear brighter, but it makes you feel good inside, too. In a 2011 study by Procter & Gamble, researchers from Harvard and Boston University discovered that women felt more confident while wearing lipstick. So it makes sense that we need lipsticks that stand up to water play this summer. Or, at the very least, get us through a few rounds of rosé at happy hour.
