Clinique is one of those beauty brands everyone knows, even those outside the skin care industry. But even with all that brand recognition, it never hurts to have a famous face promoting your products.

For the first time in its history, Clinique has appointed a global brand ambassador and it’s none other than Emilia Clarke. The former Game of Thrones star’s first order of business? Fronting the brand’s popular Clinique iD range. In an interview with Clinique’s Global Brand President Jane Lauder, Clarke revealed that her favorite product is the brand’s BB-gel for its ability to create “natural-looking, slightly tanned skin.” Now we know the secret behind Clarke’s glow.
