She may be one of the biggest names in fashion, but we don't see Gisele Bündchen that much anymore so it's unfortunate that we couldn't get a more memorable shot. And that poor Christian Dior dress looks so flat and sad! 

ELLE UK

Chrissy Teigen proves she's the epitome of making it work in this head-to-toe Christian Dior look. Let's hope snow boots and eveningwear are a thing by the time the snow really kicks in.

Attitude

Sure, she looks more like a wax figure, but who cares? There are few things as exciting as seeing a legendary designer like Donatella Versace on the cover.

Did ELLE forget it's a fashion magazine when it picked this shot of Jennifer Aniston?

Taraji P. Henson looking like, well, a boss in Valentino.

Vogue

Not only does this shot of Priyanka Chopra stand out on newsstands because of the rich, golden colorways, it's a simply beautiful shot. Chopra is the first Indian woman to get a Vogue cover and she sure deserves it.

Christian Dior continues its fashion domination this month in this powerful shot of Yalitza Aparicio.

There's a certain whimsy thanks to the Mary Poppins-inspired bird on Emily Blunt's shoulder.

Anyone else getting Queen vibes from this Jane Birkin, Charlotte Gainsbourg and Lou Doillon cover? 

It’s hard not to wonder how much longer this monthly series reviewing fashion magazine covers will be relevant. Putting aside that glossy after glossy is shuttering (Glamour is the latest print title to bite the dust), magazines are becoming increasingly uninspired, especially when it comes to U.S. editions. And while it’s nice to see the likes of Jennifer Aniston, there’s nothing new that will be revealed — not in her beauty look, with her fashion choices and certainly not in the PR-approved interviews.

Inevitably, we’ll also see multiple covers featuring celebrities of the moment, which this month happens to be based on movie releases and personal milestones from Emily Blunt and Priyanka Chopra. Things get redundant fast. Thank goodness for international editions to keep things interesting! Love or hate them, they almost always offer up something to talk about along with unexpected or underused cover stars and models, including Tilda Swinton and Yalitza Aparicio.
